Rope Incense - namsto
A traditional form of incense in Tibet and Nepal, which is formed from incense powder blended and bound to rice paper which is then rolled and braided. It is often used during centering, grounding and healing rituals and meditations.
HOW TO USE: You Can Burn It Flat -Place the incense on a heatproof dish and light one end with a match or lighter. Let it burn for a few seconds before placing it on the dish.
